At a high-end electronics shop today, I overheard an earnest young salesman explaining all about computers to a new customer: "You can use three different operating systems on a computer -- Apple, HP, and Google."
Off on a long drive to eat an obligatory Thanksgiving meal with a bunch of in-laws who I barely know, whose politics are appalling, and who hate dogs. I'd much rather be planning a quiet day at home with a Swanson TV dinner, or something. :/ Ah, well. Hope you all have a good holiday.

Even though it may be inappropriate to post this on a Google-owned site, I need to publicly proclaim that I really love my new iPhone. Beats the heck out of my old Android. :-p
